TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES GERAIS E DE USO

UNHIDE SCHOOL LTDA., sociedade limitada com sede na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, estado do Rio de Janeiro, na Avenida das Américas, n.º 500, Bloco 12, Loja 107, Barra da Tijuca – CEP 22640-904, inscrita no CNPJ/MF sob o nº 28.341.784/0001-30 é uma prestadora de serviços de ensino, tais como cursos e tutoriais à distância, focados em temas diversos, mas principalmente arte digital, bem como também outras atividades relacionadas, realizadas entre promitentes contratantes (“Pessoa Usuária”) (“Pessoas Usuárias”) e empresa contratada (“Unhide”) (“Contratada”) utilizando-se, para exercer tais funções, a plataforma online Unhide School, hospedada no domínio: https://www.unhideschool.com (“Plataforma”).

Por meio destes Termos e Condições Gerais de Uso (“Termos”), a Unhide apresenta às Pessoas Usuárias as condições essenciais para o uso dos serviços oferecidos na Plataforma.

Ao navegar na Plataforma, se cadastrar ou utilizar os serviços oferecidos pela Unhide School (“Serviços”), as Pessoas Usuárias concordam e se sujeitam às condições destes Termos, assim como às Políticas de Privacidade da Unhide, disponíveis em Política de Privacidade da Unhide School, juntamente com todos os documentos anexos a estes.

Além disso, ao realizar o cadastro, as Pessoas Usuárias reconhecem e assumem total responsabilidade por suas ações e publicações, tanto dentro da Plataforma quanto em sites ou eventos relacionados à Contratada. Essa responsabilidade abrange todas as atividades vinculadas ao seu perfil, garantindo um ambiente seguro e respeitoso para todas as Pessoas Usuárias.

Visando proporcionar a melhor experiência possível às Pessoas Usuárias, a Unhide declara que encontra-se ajustada e em conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos pela Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Lei nº 13.709/2018 (“LGPD”).

Caso a Pessoa Usuária não concorde com estes Termos de Uso, ou parte deles, não deve continuar seu acesso e nem adquirir os produtos/serviços da Unhide.

UNHIDE SCHOOL LTDA., limited company based in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Avenida das Américas, 500, Bloco 12, Loja 107, Barra da Tijuca – CEP 22640-904, registered with CNPJ/MF under nº 28.341.784/0001-30 ("Unhide") is a provider of educational services, such as distance courses and tutorials, focused on various topics, as well as other related activities, carried out between promising contracting parties ("User") ("Users"), using, to perform such functions, the online platform Unhide School ("Platform"), hosted in the domain: https://www.unhideschool. com.

Through these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), Unhide presents users in general with the essential conditions for the use of the services offered on the Platform.

Therefore, by registering on the Platform or using the services offered by Unhide School, Users accept and submit to the conditions of these Terms and Unhide's Privacy Policies and to all documents attached thereto, being fully responsible for any and all acts that may be practiced on the Platform or on sites, digital or not, to it related, as well as declare, for the proper purposes, to be over 18 (eighteen) years of age, to have a Brazilian individual tax identification number (“CPF”) in case of residence in Brazil, and to able to perform the acts of civil life.

Aiming at the security and the best experience for Users, Unhide declares that it is in the process of adjusting and adapting to the standards defined by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”).

If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, or part of them, the User must not continue the access or purchase Unhide's products/services.

DEFINITIONS

1. For the purposes of this document, the following definitions and descriptions should be considered for its best understanding:

Content: any and all text, graphics, photo, image, music, audio, video, course, information or other materials made available on the Platform, regardless of whether it is User Content or Unhide Content itself.

Unhide Content: any and all content that Unhide makes available through the website, including any third-party licensed content, but excluded content from Users.

User Content: any and all content that a User posts, transfers, publishes, presents or transmits to be made available through the Platform.

Link: terminology for an Internet address.

Screenshot: screen capture (of mobile phone or computer) and everything that is present in it and its transformation into a static image, which can be digitally pasted and converted into a digital file.

Platform: designates the digital platform, provided by Unhide, hosted in the following domain: https://www.unhideschool.com/, which enables the dissemination of courses, videos, discussion forums and other content focused on courses, forums and activities offered by Unhide, whose content made available to Users will vary according to the Course indicated by the User.

Services: provision of courses and tutorials in video format, discussion forums, editorials, articles, podcasts, mentoring, contests and other content for the main purpose of teaching, which may, at Unhide's sole discretion, be changed and, in addition, may vary according to the course and according to the validity of the licensing of the Content.

Payment System: system used by Unhide in partnership with companies specialized in financial services, which assists in the collection and management of payments made by Users.

Recurring Billing: by opting for credit card payment to purchase our Courses, you express your agreement to debit the specified amount at the time of Course purchase, whether for individual Courses or monthly payment modalities. In the case of individual courses or monthly plans, the first installment is charged at the time of purchase, while subsequent ones are billed monthly.

For Plans, by choosing this option, you consent to the indicated debit at the time of purchase and accept the recurring billing. This process involves the regular billing of fixed amounts at specified intervals associated with the ongoing use of the Course. This practice aims to provide greater convenience and ease in continuous access to the Course benefits.

Please note that by selecting recurring payment, only the amount corresponding to the immediate access period will be charged. The full Course fee will not be debited at the time of purchase. Subsequent charges will be made according to the previously defined interval, always reflecting the installment corresponding to the next period of Course usage.

The use of recurring billing method requires prior authorization for debits at specific intervals, ensuring continuous access to the Course without the need for full payment in advance.

It is important to note that canceling the Course acquired in this manner before paying all outstanding installments does not exempt the User from the responsibility of full Course payment and possible charges. All conditions regarding cancellation are detailed in our Cancellation Policy, found within these Terms.

Single Payment: we offer the convenience of a single payment for the purchase of our Courses and Plans, available through bank slips, credit or debit cards.

Blank Slip: by selecting the single payment via bank slip, a document will be generated for the one-time payment of the full course fee. Access to the content will be granted after confirmation of payment, which may take up to 72 (seventy-two) hours for processing.

Credit or Debit Card: opting for a single payment via credit or debit card will result in the immediate debit of the total Course fee at the time of purchase, ensuring immediate access to the content.

By choosing any of these single payment methods, you acknowledge and agree to the specific billing method and its associated conditions. The options above guarantee complete access to the Course without the need for installments or subsequent periodic charges.

User: any and every individual able to seek and take advantage of the services provided by Unhide, regardless if a registration was made.

Free User: user who registers on the Platform and can thus have access to the purchase of individual courses, as well as free Services, such as access to the Forum, participation in contests, classes available for free, podcasts and others.

Pro User: user who acquires a Monthly Individual Plan, Monthly Team Plan, Semi-Annual or Annual Loyalty Plan and has access to all the services available to a Free User, in addition to the Courses specifically designed for Pro Users on the Platform, the Course Media Pool, Mentorship and a Certificate of Completion for any course they participate in and successfully complete all stages, such as presenting a Completion Project and having it approved. In the case of an Individual Course, the acquiring User also gains access, apart from the Course itself, to its Mentorship and the corresponding Certificate of Completion. It should be noted that this certificate can only be generated while the Pro User is up to date with the contracted Package, Plan, or Individual Course, and cannot be issued in cases of financial default or after the expiration of the Package, Plan, or Individual Course.

Scholarship Student: user who has joined the Platform through one of the Unhide School Scholarship Programs.

Course: set of videos available on the Platform, on various subjects, tools and software, with the main objective of teaching.

Launch: courses made available on the Platform in the last 90 (ninety) days.

Monthly Individual Plan: means of subscribing to the Services available on the Platform in the form of monthly recurring billing, with automatic credit card renewal, which guarantees access to the Content and Services available (if you replace your credit card, please, update your payment details directly on the website).

Team Plan: means of subscribing to the Services available on the Platform for teams, in the form of monthly recurring billing, with automatic credit card renewal, which guarantees access to the Content and Services available (if you replace your credit card, please, update your payment details directly on the website).

6-Month Plan: means of purchasing a package of the Services available on the Platform for an uninterrupted period of 6 (six) months, in the form of a single charge on the credit card or, in case of residents in Brazil, on bank slip or in installments on the credit card.

12-Month Plan: means of purchasing a package of the Services available on the Platform for an uninterrupted period of 12 (twelve) months, in the form of a single charge on the credit card or, in case of residents in Brazil, on bank slip or in installments on the credit card.

Scholarship: benefit of annual scholarships of 100% (one hundred percent), with a focus on affirmative action, granted through some of the Unhide School Scholarship Programs.

Individual Course Purchase (Single Course): this is a purchasing method for specific Courses available on the Platform, wherein the User can make payment through a one-time credit card charge or, for residents in Brazil, via bank slip, or credit card installment. Access to individually purchased Courses will remain valid as long as the platform is operational and available for use. We commit to keeping the platform running for as long as reasonably possible. However, it's important to note that in the unlikely event of platform closure or permanent inactivity, the validity of these Courses will be considered until the discontinuation date. In such a scenario, we commit to providing reasonable alternatives, such as transferring to another equivalent service, providing content, or appropriate compensation, as stipulated in our service termination terms. Therefore, by acquiring an Individual Course, the User acknowledges and agrees that its validity is contingent upon the platform's continuous operation. We will make every effort to ensure service continuity, but we reserve the right to terminate the platform as circumstances require, always in accordance with established terms and conditions.

Permanent Value Charge Course Acquisition: Users who purchased a Plan with special conditions during the initial operations of Unhide, characterized by a fixed, periodic, and unchanged charge for indefinite access, will have continuous access to the Platform while it remains available. In unlikely situations of platform closure or permanent inactivity, the validity of these Courses will be maintained until the discontinuation date. Should they choose to cancel the Plan, they will be subject to the current Plans and conditions offered on the Platform, as per the prevailing availability at that time.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds: Should follow the terms described here and should be requested directly on the Platform through the online chat or via email at contato@unhideschool.com, providing name, CPF (just in the case of residence in Brazil), and the login email used on the Platform.

Contests: "contests" or "disputes" between members of the Platform, and may be exclusive to certain countries, with specific rules posted in the forum at the time of its occurrence, in which the objective is to verify, with technical criteria, which works deserve to be highlighted and awarded, when any.

Forum: page dedicated to the publication of messages addressing specific questions, with the aim of promoting debates or discussions relevant to the objective of the Platform.

Mentoring: Service exclusively in Portuguese and for Brazilian residents, in which Pro Users or users who purchase Single Courses, may post questions or requests for feedback on the specific page of the Forum for each Course, where they will receive the mentoring, that is, technical comment on the subject presented there, in text, video or image format, in order to enrich the learning experience on the Platform.

Follow-up process: individual mentoring program, for a defined period of time, in accordance with the respective notice of one of the Unhide School Scholarship Programs;

Certificate of Completion: certificate issued digitally by Unhide School, informing that the student has fulfilled the necessary requirements for the completion of a Course.

Unhide Jobs: Online posts with job vacancies and open jobs related to digital art.

Advertiser: legal entity that uses the Platform in order to find a professional that meets its demand or that publicizes their products and/or services.

Work with Us: page belonging to the Unhide School Platform, in which professional vacancies are offered for future instructors of the Platform.

Lightfarm Challenge: Contest made especially for Platform students, where participants will be observed by Lightfarm Brasil recruiters. *Not allowed for people who don't live in Brazil.

Year: At Unhide, we understand the year as having 365 days. Yes, this is done to ensure continuity and fairness of the Course for all users without any issues, including during leap years. It's important to note that in all cases, the duration of access to the Platform for each User should align with the purchase date of their respective Plan and its duration period.

2. OBJECT

2.1. The purpose of these Terms is the contracting by Users of the Services made available on the Platform. By registering, the User will be able to use all the services available in accordance with their purchases on the Platform, declaring, therefore, that they have read, understood and accepted the Terms.

2.2. Unhide will have autonomy in the execution of the Services, especially with respect to the Courses, Forums, and Contests, pledging, however, to follow the schedule, program and theme disclosed on the Platform.

2.3. Unhide undertakes to keep available to the User the material related to the Service that the User has contracted on the Platform, for the time described at the time of contracting. However, Unhide does not undertake to make available to the User any additional materials or content that may be suggested or indicated during the Services, nor content related to Courses and/or Plans other than those expressly contracted by the User.

3. ABILITY TO REGISTER

3.1. Unhide Services are available to individuals, above the age of majority (over 18 (eighteen) years old), fully capable for all acts of civil life and regularly enrolled in federal and state taxpayer registers.

3.2. Unhide offers the possibility of participation for individuals under the age of 18 (eighteen), provided they are duly authorized by a legal guardian. If you are a minor and wish to enroll in any Course or Plan on the platform, you should send an email to Unhide (hello@unhideschool.com.br) and follow the steps outlined, such as submitting a written and signed authorization by the legal guardian, scanned copies of identification documents, or any other necessary requirements requested in this context. We strongly recommend that the legal guardian closely monitors the minor's participation on the platform and remains aware of all activities carried out during the Course.

3.3. The creation of more than one registration per User is prohibited. In case of multiple registrations prepared by a single User, Unhide reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior consent of or communication to Users, to disable all existing registrations and prevent any future registrations linked to these.

3.3.1. It will only be allowed to link one record to one identification number, one telephone number and one e-mail, and there cannot be duplicated data in any case.

3.4. Unhide may unilaterally delete the registration of Users when verified that the User's conduct is or will be harmful or offensive to other Users, Unhide and its employees or third parties. Furthermore, Unhide reserves the right to block specific content, at its sole discretion, when verifying by any available means the occurrence of one or more of the following situations:

3.4.1. Offense to the honor, image, reputation and dignity of others;

3.4.2. Pornography, pedophilia, and other forms of sexual satisfaction;

3.4.3. Racism or discrimination of any kind;

3.4.4. Bullying, Stalking or any other form of unlawful harassment or harassment;

3.4.5. Use of inappropriate or aggressive language and terms;

3.4.6. Manifests violation of copyright or image rights;

3.4.7. Use of third-party brands, symbols, logos or emblems;

3.4.8. Instigation or apology to the practice of crimes, such as trafficking or use of narcotics, rape, murder, embezzlement, among others;

3.4.9. Errors or suspected errors;

3.4.10. Sharing access to the Platform with third parties;

3.4.11. Misuse of Course Material;

3.4.12. Misuse of chat; and

3.4.13. Financial default.

3.5. Scholarship students are also subject to the rules set out in this clause. In the event of any violation or misconduct on the part of the scholarship students during the scholarship period, Unhide reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship, without prejudice to other applicable measures. In addition, the scholarship student will be barred from participating in future scholarship calls promoted by Unhide, as well as any similar programs offered by the institution.

4. REGISTRATION

4.1. It is necessary to fill in all personal data required by Unhide at the time of registration, so that the User is able to use the Platform, including for access to the free content made available by Unhide on the Platform or other means of communication that it deems necessary/applicable.

4.2. It is the Users' sole responsibility to provide, update and guarantee the veracity of the registration data, and Unhide is not responsible for any type of civil and criminal liability resulting from untrue, incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Users.

4.3. Unhide reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify its Users, as well as to request additional data and documents that it deems relevant in order to verify the personal data informed.

4.4. The User may choose to upload a photo when registering on the Platform, which will be linked to their name and profile.

The User's name, any testimonial or written comment, the profile picture and artwork(s) considered to be of his/her authorship published on the Platform may be displayed on this, and/or on Unhide School's institutional materials, in a non-onerous manner and for an indefinite period.
If used, the photo must follow the usual criteria of good coexistence and not offend the human person, as well as it must preferably belong to the User and not to third parties.

4.5. If Unhide considers a registration, or the information contained therein, suspected of containing erroneous or untrue data, Unhide reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, the User responsible for the registration, as well as to prevent and block any content or registration of Services, without prejudice to other measures deemed necessary and opportune. In case of application of any of these sanctions, Users will not be entitled to any type of indemnity or compensation for losses and damages, lost profits or moral damages.

4.6. The User undertakes to notify Unhide immediately, through the contact channels maintained by Unhide on the Platform, of any unauthorized use of his account. The User will be solely responsible for the operations carried out on his account, since access will only be possible through the use of personal profiles on social networks and/or systems described in the Clauses above.

4.7. Under no circumstances will the assignment, sale, rent or other transfer of the account be permitted. The creation of new registrations by people whose original registrations have been canceled due to violations of Unhide's policies will not be allowed even.

4.8. Unhide reserves the right, unilaterally and without prior notice, to refuse any registration request and to cancel a previously accepted registration, especially when it is an attempt to register a User who has not complied with the obligations and/or has had his registration canceled by Unhide and reason for using the Platform contrary to these Terms or good customs.

4.9. In order for the Scholarship Student to be able to use the Platform, he/she must register on the Unhide School website, following the requirements of the Scholarship Call for Entries.

5. MODIFICATIONS OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1. The terms and general conditions of use may be amended at any time, as deemed necessary or required, including for the purpose of compliance with legal provisions or regulations that hold equivalent legal force. The currently effective version will always be the most recent one. New versions of the Terms and General Conditions of Use will be promptly published on the Platform without the need for specific notification to the User, who should access the Platform whenever possible to review the current policy in force. Therefore, we recommend periodic visits to this page so that the User remains informed about any modifications made.

5.2. The services offered by Unhide may be different for each User, according to information about the Course they participate in or the Plan purchased. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the information for which the User's registration was made.

6. MENTORSHIP AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

6.1. Mentorship involves eligible users posting questions or feedback requests on the Course Forum and receiving guidance, that is, technical commentary from Unhide School's mentoring academic team or, when available, from the Course Instructor, regarding the subject presented in text, video, or image format, as deemed necessary by the team to clarify the question and illustrate the processes.

6.2. The Certificate of Completion of the Course is issued when the student post in a specific topic, indicated in the Forum, their completed work, requesting the evaluation of the Mentoring team of Unhide School. It should be noted that, in order to obtain the Certificate of Completion of the Course, the User must attend all classes of the Course, post his final work and request the evaluation of the Mentorship team. Furthermore, it should be noted that this certificate can only be generated while the Pro User is in good standing with the contracted Package, Plan, or Individual Course, and cannot be issued in cases of financial delinquency or after the expiration of the Package, Plan, or Individual Course.

6.3. It should be noted: it is possible that, after the posting described above, the professional Unhide team requests some modifications to the work. It is essential that these changes are made and posted before sending new works, until their full approval. This is because new submissions that do not take into account the feedback suggested by the team previously will not be accepted.

6.4. It is important that the path to reach the final result is clear. Therefore, for the approval of the work, it is essential that, in addition to the final image, the creation process is made available. The files can be delivered via a download link, with materials such as screen recording during part of the process, time-lapses with one or more steps, assets chosen in the composition, etc.

6.5. After the evaluation and approval of the work by the Mentoring team, an e-mail should be sent to contato@unhideschool.com requesting the Certificate of Completion, informing full name and the completed Course.

6.6 The Scholarship Student will have a Follow-up Process during his or her time on the Platform, in accordance with the terms of the Scholarship Call for Proposals that he or she has entered.

7. REMUNERATION

7.1. For the Services, the User will pay Unhide the amount indicated on the Platform when contracting Single Services, Packs or Plans available on the Platform (“Remuneration”). The payment of the Remuneration must be made by the User through the Platform or Payment System used by Unhide, upon payment with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and others) or another option among those made available to the User on the Platform and/or in the payment system upon registration.

7.1.1. The Remuneration may vary according to the content required, with the Package, Plan or Single Course chosen by the User and/or according to the Course defined by the User. Individual and Team Plans, which are billed on a recurring basis on the credit card, may also have the Remuneration changed upon prior notice sent by Unhide to the User by e-mail up to 7 (seven) days in advance of the effective date value change.

7.1.2. Access to the Course(s) and other areas of the Platform intended for the Pro User will only be released after identification, by Unhide, of the payment of the Remuneration.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

A section on Terms and Conditions related to Subscription Cancellations and Refunds is outlined below:

8.1. The values and deadlines for the Plans and Individual Courses contracted by Users shall be as indicated on the Platform at the time of Service acquisition.

8.2. The billing for the Individual or Team Monthly Plan, which recurs monthly, can be canceled by contacting us via email (contato@unhideschool.com) or through the chat on the Unhide School website platform, during official business hours, at least 01 (one) day before the probable date of the next billing cycle. The cancellation will be processed within 24 (twenty-four) hours and, in this case, without any penalty.

8.3. Should a User opt to cancel a Single Course or Semi-Annual or Annual Loyalty Plan (6-Month Plan or 12-Month Plan) within 07 (seven) days from the Service acquisition and provided they have not started consuming any Course or Single Course, using the reflection period as provided by the Consumer Defense Code, Unhide will fully refund the paid amounts, without any penalty.

8.4. Users with contracts initiated after 12/01/2023 - Once the purchase is deemed finalized, meaning after the 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed or consumption has begun, user-initiated cancellations will be processed as follows:

8.4.1. In the case of Semi-Annual and Annual Loyalty Plans, which involve recurring charges, the User has the option to request cancellation at any time. However, it is important to note that the cancellation request is subject to payment of a corresponding penalty, as detailed in the table below. The penalty must be settled in a single installment immediately after the cancellation request. Available payment methods include credit card, bank slip, or PIX, whereby the User authorizes in advance the debiting of this amount on the designated card. It's worth noting that the significant discount offered by Unhide is made possible thanks to the commitment undertaken during the loyalty period!

8.4.2. In the case of an Individual Course, Monthly Individual Plan, or Team Plan, any refunds will not be feasible after 7 (seven) days or the commencement of use (within these seven days). However, it is possible to request cancellation before the next billing cycle.

8.4.3. Cancellation after the aforementioned deadlines for Semi-Annual and Annual Loyalty Plans purchased through monthly recurring payment via credit card or bank slip does NOT release the User from the obligation to pay the total amount for the acquired Course.

8.4.4. If the User does not express an intention to not renew the Service, it will be automatically renewed for successive equal periods, subject to the provisions of these Terms.

8.4.5. The User hereby declares that the failure to fulfill payments or penalties may automatically register their CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) in credit-restrictive databases.

8.5. Users with contracts initiated before 12/01/2023 - User-initiated cancellations will be processed as follows:

8.5.1. After the lapse of 07 (seven) days from the contract initiation, all purchases will be considered finalized.

8.5.2. If the User chooses to cancel a Single Course, Plan or Package purchased within 07 (seven) days from the contract initiation, utilizing the reflection period provided for in the Consumer Protection Code:

a) If the consumption of any Course or Single Course has not yet begun: Unhide will fully refund the paid amounts and cancel any future installments related to the transaction.

b) If up to 50% (fifty percent) of any Course or Single Course has been consumed: Unhide will refund the paid amounts and cancel any future installments related to the transaction.
c) If more than 50% (fifty percent) of any Course or Single Course has been consumed, the Service shall be considered entirely rendered, and cancellation shall be subject to the rules of clause 8.5.2

8.5.3. The billing for the Team Plan, which recurs monthly, can be canceled by contacting us via e-mail (contato@unhideschool.com) or through the chat on the Unhide School website platform, during official business hours, at least 01 (one) day before the probable date of the next billing cycle. The cancellation will be processed within 24 (twenty-four) hours and, in this case, without any penalty.

8.5.4. The billing for the Individual Plan, which recurs monthly, can be canceled by contacting us via e-mail (contato@unhideschool.com) or through the chat on the Unhide School website platform, during official business hours, at least 01 (one) day before the probable date of the next billing cycle. The cancellation will be processed within 24 (twenty-four) hours and, in this case, without any penalty.

8.6. If the scenarios outlined in clauses 8.5.2 “a” and “b” do not occur, meaning cancellation within the reflection period with less than 50% (fifty percent) utilized:

8.6.1. If cancellation occurs within the 7 (seven) days, but with more than 50% (fifty percent) of at least one Course viewed:

a) In the case of a package, whether paid in full or in installments, cancellation will be subject to a 10% (ten percent) deduction as a penalty, according to current legislation and court decisions.

b) In the case of a Single Course Purchase, once finalized, regardless of the payment method, any refunds will be precluded.

8.7. Once the purchase is deemed finalized, meaning after the 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed, cancellations initiated by the User will be processed as follows:

8.7.1. In the case of a package paid in full or in installments, cancellation will be subject to a 30% (thirty percent) charge on the total value of the contracted Package as a penalty, according to current legislation and court decisions;

8.7.2. In the case of a Single Course Purchase, once finalized, regardless of the payment method, any refunds will be precluded.

8.8. For all contracts, the method, timeframe, and actual refunding of amounts and/or cancellation of debts in case of credit card purchases are solely the responsibility of the credit card operator and typically occur within 45 (forty-five) days.

8.9. In the case of a refund, the amount will be reimbursed by default through (i) credit card reversal within 30 (thirty) days after the request, plus the timeframe stipulated by the credit card operator; (ii) bank deposit into an account provided to Unhide School's customer service in case of payment via bank slip and recognized by the system, within 30 (thirty) days after the request; (iii) for students residing abroad, the refund may be processed via PayPal; or (iv) exceptionally, in case of technical difficulties with the credit card operator and for the user's convenience, refunds for credit card purchases may be made via bank deposit into an account provided by the user to Unhide School's customer service.

8.10. In this refund model (iii), the User receives the refunded amount in a single deposit into their current account. However, the installment plan on the credit card remains active, and the monthly payments will continue to be debited. Therefore, the User acknowledges that they must continue making the credit card payments regularly.

8.11. Unhide reserves the right to unilaterally and at its sole discretion, exclude comments and registrations of Users that contain/practice the following, without any entitlement to the User for termination or compensation, including but not limited to the values described in this section:

8.11.1. Offense to the honor, image, reputation and dignity of third parties;

8.11.2. Pornography, pedophilia and other forms of sexual satisfaction;

8.11.3. Racism or discrimination of any kind;

8.11.4. Bullying, Stalking or any other form of illegal embarrassment of harassment;

8.11.5. Use of inappropriate or aggressive language and profanity;

8.11.6. Manifest violation of copyright or image rights;

8.11.7. Use of trademarks, symbols, logos or emblems of third parties;

8.11.8. Incitement or advocacy of crimes, such as drug trafficking or use, rape, homicide, fraud, among others;

8.11.9. Errors or suspected mistakes;

8.11.10. Sharing Platform access with third parties;

8.11.11. Misuse of Course Material;

8.11.12. Misuse of the chat feature.

8.12. If the User wishes to cancel their registration and access to the Platform, they must express their intention within the deadlines established in the previous clauses, through the email contato@unhideschool.com.

8.13. In any cancellation option, if the User has requested and received a Certificate/Enrollment Proof, an additional penalty of 5% (five percent) on the total value of the Course or Plan acquired will be applied.

8.13.1. It's important to note that the penalty described in clause 8.10 does not replace or affect any financial obligations resulting from cancellation, such as penalties for contract termination or any other values established in specific contracts. Therefore, the 5% (five percent) penalty will be added to the contractual penalty for termination or any other applicable charges, if present.

8.14. Before subscribing to any Plan or Course, the User must watch the free videos available on the platform to make an informed decision about the subscription and avoid future issues related to it!

8.15. If the Scholarship Student wishes to withdraw from their Scholarship and access to the Platform, they must express their intention by emailing bolsas@unhideschool.com. Their access to the Platform will be interrupted within 48 (forty-eight) hours of expressing their intention. Any transfer and/or sharing of access to the Platform with third parties is prohibited.

9. SOFTWARES

9.1. The purchase of Unhide School Courses, Plans or any products does not include the licensing of the software(s) used by the professors/instructors or possibly necessary to practice the topics covered on the Platform. The licensing of said must be carried out with the company(ies) to which they belong.

10. AVAILABILITY OF COURSES

10.1. The time of availability and validity of the Courses on the Platform varies according to the type of content purchased and according to the assignment of rights held by Unhide. Therefore, the Courses available on the Platform for Pro Users may be active for a variable time. For Users who make a Single Purchase of a Course, it will be available for viewing for an indefinite period, as long as the User maintains his/her account registered and active on the Platform, except for a new policy to be established by the Platform and communicated to Users in due course.

11. USER PROHIBITIONS

11.1. The User is prohibited from:

11.1.1. Using the Site or any Content for any commercial purpose or for any purpose other than personal, private and individual.

11.1.2. Posting, publishing, sending in platform chat or distributing any offensive, false, inappropriate, pornographic, racist, humiliating, vulgar, vindictive, threatening, dubious or defamatory content.

11.1.3. Posting, publishing or distributing any content that violates a law, intellectual property right or copyright.

11.1.4. Accessing the Unhide account of a third party User or assume a false identity or false affiliation with another person or entity.

11.1.5. Engaging in fraudulent activity, spam, advertising to or promoting other websites, products or services.

11.1.6. Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or that violates local, state, national or international laws.

11.1.7. Defame, abuse, threatening, defrauding, assaulting or offending any Platform User or attempting to collect personal information about a User or a third party without their express permission.

11.1.8. Removing, disabling, invading, damaging, circumventing or interfering with any security aspect of the Platform, User content.

11.1.9. Reverse engineering, decompiling, deconstructing or trying to discover the Platform source code.

11.1.10. Modifying, adapting, translating or creating any derivative work from the Site without the express permission of Unhide.

11.1.11. Interfering with or damaging the user experience with the Platform, including participation in denial of service attacks, viruses, unwanted advertising, or any other malicious code.

11.1.12. Sharing with third parties access to the User account on the Platform.

11.1.13. Using images and materials made available on the Platform for various purposes.

11.1.14. Use the chat available on the Platform for a purpose other than to ask questions about the Services offered by Unhide School.

11.2. The User agrees to defend, indemnify and exempt Unhide, its employees, officers, representatives, directors or any member of the organization from any and all legal action, obligations, losses, costs or debts, including, but not limited to attorney fees, arising from his attitude relating to (a) use and access to the Site; (b) violation of any clause of these Terms of Service; (c) violation of any third party right, including but not limited to copyright, privacy or proprietary rights; or (d) any claim that any User Content posted has caused harm to a third party. Such defense and indemnity obligation will subsist these Terms of Use.

11.3 In the event of a breach of this clause or inappropriate conduct on the part of the Scholarship Student during the scholarship period, Unhide reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship, without prejudice to other applicable measures. In addition, the scholarship holder will be barred from participating in future scholarship calls promoted by Unhide, as well as any similar programs offered by the institution.

12. ARTISTIC NUDE AND LIVE MODEL

12.1. Some Courses available on the Platform may contain images of live models in nude or artistic semi-nude, with or without frontal nude, with the main purpose of studying human anatomy.

12.2. By registering on the Platform or using the services offered by Unhide, Users accept the Terms of Use of the Unhide School Platform, being responsible for any and all acts that they may practice on the Platform, declaring themselves aware that they are prohibited from reproducing, printscreen, photograph, make available to people other than registered and active users on the Platform, by any means, materials that include or not photographs, especially those protected by copyright.

12.3. In case of non-compliance with the above-mentioned requirements, the User may be taken to civil and criminal liability for disclosure and possible damages.

12.4. By consenting to the participation of the minor, the legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the actions and interactions carried out by them on the platform during the Course. This includes acknowledging and accepting the potential exposure of the minor to content that may include images of nudity. By agreeing to this participation, the legal guardian refrains from making complaints at any time and/or in any way related to this exposure against Unhide.

13. SANCTIONS

13.1. Without prejudice to other measures, Unhide may, at its sole discretion and without prior consent of or communication to Users, warn, suspend or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the User's registration, and may apply a sanction that negatively impacts his reputation, at any time, initiating the applicable legal actions and suspending the provision of its services, if: (i) the User does not comply with any provision of these Terms and other Unhide policies; (ii) fail to comply with User duties; (iii) commit misbehavior or criminal acts; (iv) the User's identity cannot be verified, any information provided by him is incorrect or if the information provided leads to believe that the registration is false or of a different person; (v) Unhide understands that any other attitude of the User has caused any damage to third parties or Unhide or has the potential to do so.

13.2. Unhide reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request the submission of personal documentation or any document that proves the veracity of the registration information.

14. RESPONSIBILITIES

14.1. Unhide respects and obeys all laws and regulations applicable to its activities and expects all Users to do the same. However, Unhide cannot guarantee and assumes no responsibility for Users' compliance with any laws or regulations.

14.2. The User is aware that Unhide hires third parties for the formulation of the Services and, therefore, is not responsible for their content, much less for the effectiveness of the Courses. The User should be aware that his participation in the Courses does not guarantee any concrete result with respect to the User's learning about content in question.

14.3. Unhide is not responsible for any action or omission of Users arising from any information or content made available on the Platform by third parties or Users.

14.4. Unhide is not responsible for vices or technical/operational defects arising from the User's system or from third parties.

14.5. Unhide will not be responsible for reimbursing its Users for any expenses with telephone calls, data packages, SMS, messages, e-mails, correspondence or any other amount expended by the User as a result of contacting Unhide, for any reason whatsoever.

14.6. Unhide cannot be held responsible for the effective fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Users.

14.7. Unhide reserves the right to assist and cooperate with any judicial authority or governmental body, when it considers that its assistance or cooperation is necessary to protect its Users, employees, collaborators, administrators, partners or anyone who may be harmed by the action or omission fought.

14.8. The Scholarship Student is aware of and is responsible for completing at least one (1) of the Courses available on the Platform within six (6) months of the start date of the Scholarship Program he/she entered, in accordance with the Scholarship Program Notice.

15. PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SYSTEM

15.1. Unhide is not responsible for any damage, prejudice or loss suffered by the User due to failures in his internet connection, with his provider, in the system, with the SMS system, with the telephone line or on the server used by the User, arising from the conduct of third parties, fortuitous event or force majeure.

15.2. Unhide is not responsible for compatibility between its Platform and user-owned hardware. The User shall keep his equipment up to date and shall not be liable to Unhide if the Platform is not accessible in antiquated equipment.

15.3. Unhide will also not be liable for any virus, trojan, malware, spyware or any software that may damage, change settings or infiltrate the User's equipment as a result of access, use or internet browsing, or as a result of the transfer of data, information, files, images, text or audio.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LINKS

16.1. The commercial use of the expression "Unhide" as a trademark, business name or domain name, as well as logos, trademarks, insignia, content of the screens relating to the services of the Platform and the set of programs, databases, networks and files that allow the User to access and use his account, are the property of Unhide and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, models and industrial design laws and international treaties. Misuse and total or partial reproduction of such content are prohibited, except with the express permission of Unhide.

16.2. The applicable copyright and other rights must be respected by the User, including intellectual property, applicable to the content. Each work or content present on the Platform must thus be maintained as the creation of the Platform, and the user shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all due diligence in the performance of the respective rights and obligations applicable for use, quotation and alike.

16.3. The User is expressly prohibited in any way to reproduce, use, copy, distribute, allow public access, make available to the public, transform, modify in any way the content of the Platform, unless prior authorization is obtained from the holder of the corresponding rights, or if this use is legitimate, legally or contractually provided and/or otherwise permitted, if announced.

16.4. The permissions received for the use of any content on the Platform must be fully respected, and it may not be deleted or altered any copyright notice, nor falsely apply any notice of copyright or authorial right, mislead third parties through false licensing of protected works or any other form of infringement of rights.

16.5. The User who submits any content or participates in any activities with respect to the Platform warrants and certifies that he/she is not infringing legal, contractual or third party rights, as well as any other. To submit content to the Platform, it is mandatory that the user is the legitimate holder of the rights to that content, being solely and fully responsible for sending, posting and making available the content, in any capacity and in any way.

16.6. No copying, distribution, exhibition or dissemination of the Platform shall be construed as a restriction or waiver of Unhide's rights over the Platform, its content or brands publicized therein.

16.7. All Unhide Content is the property of the Platform and the use, exploitation, disclosure, sharing of said content by Users will subject the User to prosecution in the civil and criminal spheres, without prejudice to the obligation to compensate for any damages arising from its default, including losses and damages, legal costs and expenses, attorney fees, lost profits and compensation for moral damages.

17. INDEMNITY

17.1. The User will indemnify Unhide, its subsidiaries, controlled companies, direct or indirect controllers, directors, administrators, collaborators, representatives and employees, including regarding to attorney fees, for any demand promoted by other Users or third parties, arising from the activities of the former on the Platform, of any violation, by whom, of the Terms and other Unhide policies, or, even, any violation, by the User, of the law or the rights of third parties.

18. UNHIDE JOBS

18.1. Unhide Jobs aims to provide an online space for the dissemination of job and job advertisements that are related to digital art.

18.2 Unhide Jobs, through Unhide School, does not act as an intermediary or participant in any negotiations that may occur between Users and advertisers, nor does it assume responsibility for any consequences arising from this relationship.

18.3. The Platform is not responsible: (i) for the information provided in the advertisements made available; (ii) information provided to advertisers by Users; (iii) for the effective hiring of the User for any of the available vacancies; (iv) for the effective meeting of a qualified professional who meets the demands of the advertiser.

18.4. The Platform reserves the right to exclude, without prior notice, any advertisement, especially those contrary to Brazilian legislation, notably discriminatory, or that are against the Usage Policy of the Unhide School website.

19. WORK WITH US

19.1 Unhide School may offer the possibility for its Users to become digital art instructors (“Instructors”) in a Course created by it and made available on the Platform.

19.2 To apply, the User must fill in the form available on the Platform with their personal data (the link will be made available in due course), also answering the questions provided therein, as well as attach and send via email a basic script to the course.

19.3 As soon as the material is validated and accepted as a proposal to actually become a Course on the Platform, the User will be informed of the conditions and will sign a specific Instructor contract with Unhide School, under conditions to be agreed.

20. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION OF ELECTION

20.1. All items of these Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil. For all matters relating to the interpretation, compliance or any other question related to these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the Judicial District Court of Rio de Janeiro.

20.2. In case of doubt between versions, the prevailing text is the Portuguese version of this term.

UNHIDE SCHOOL LTDA., limited company based in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, at Avenida das Américas, 500, Bloco 12, Loja 107, Barra da Tijuca – CEP 22640-904, registered with CNPJ/MF under nº 28.341.784/0001-30 ("Unhide") is a provider of educational services, such as distance courses and tutorials, focused on various topics, as well as other related activities, carried out between promising contracting parties ("User") ("Users"), using, to perform such functions, the online platform Unhide School ("Platform"), hosted in the domain: https://www.unhideschool. com.

Through these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"), Unhide presents users in general with the essential conditions for the use of the services offered on the Platform.

Therefore, by registering on the Platform or using the services offered by Unhide School, Users accept and submit to the conditions of these Terms and Unhide's Privacy Policies and to all documents attached thereto, being fully responsible for any and all acts that may be practiced on the Platform or on sites, digital or not, to it related, as well as declare, for the proper purposes, to be over 18 (eighteen) years of age, to have a Brazilian individual tax identification number (“CPF”) in case of residence in Brazil, and to able to perform the acts of civil life.

Aiming at the security and the best experience for Users, Unhide declares that it is in the process of adjusting and adapting to the standards defined by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”).

If the User does not agree with these Terms of Use, or part of them, the User must not continue the access or purchase Unhide's products/services.
